A Sala is an area or zone inside a locale: the hotel (Zona A), the ward, the recovery area, the ICU… It groups several rooms with the same purpose and type.
Where it is
- Sign in to PetSoph.
- Side menu Estancias → Salas.

Step by step
- Press + (add) in the screen toolbar.
- Choose the local and the room type.
- Enter the name and optionally complete the Capacidad.
- Save. The Activo toggle is on by default.
Consejo
The room type decides which species the area accepts (dog, cat, exotic…). A Kennel type area is intended for dogs; Jaula or Cama UCI for the clinical area.
Atención
An area with rooms associated cannot be deleted: the system blocks it. Disable the area or empty it first if it is no longer needed.
