In Perfil (Profile) you see which account you are using in the portal. Here we also tell you how the clinic protects your data and what to do to keep your account yours alone.
How to get there
- Sign in to the portal (see Signing in to your account).
- Tap Perfil in the bottom bar.
What you will see
- Your full name.
- Your email address: it is the key to enter the portal.
Nota
If any of your details changed (your email, for example), ask reception to update them at the clinic: the portal shows what the clinic has on file.
Your privacy
- You only see yours: the portal only shows your pets, your appointments, your invoices and your stays. You will never see other people’s information.
- No password, but safe: you enter with a 6-digit code that arrives only in your inbox and expires in 10 minutes.
- Your session lasts 30 days on your device; you can close it whenever you want.
Atención
Never share your code with anyone. If you think someone used it, sign out and get a new code by signing in again with your email.
Signing out
- Tap the exit icon in the top bar.
- Done: next time you will be asked for your code again.
