Grooming (or Pet esthetics) is the module that manages the salon services: grooming styles and baths, with their status, the assigned groomer and their billing. Each service is a billed act: grooming creates its invoice, and once invoiced it cannot be deleted from the record (the money is already in the register); to correct it you void the invoice from the Cash Register.

- Side menu Clinical → Grooming (or tab Grooming inside the clinical record).

To execute a grooming service a groomer is required: you cannot mark a service as done without assigning who did it. A service in Pending is close to / cannot be changed or billed.
3. Billing the service
Grooming is billed in exactly one invoice:
- From the list, in Executed state → run Bill (grooming checkout / consolidated).
- The system creates the invoice (SKU by service type: SRV-GRM-FULL, SRV-PROC-CLEAN, SRV-GRM-BATH…) and links it to the service.
A grooming service already invoiced cannot be billed again. Grooming without room to bill or already settled shows the corresponding warning. To fix the amount, void the invoice from the Cash Register; only then the service returns to ready to bill and the record allows correcting it again.
Book the next service when executing (date the style lasts). It helps you recontact the owner and keep the pet client without gaps: “we see him again in a month for a bath”.
A grooming service is charged (billed) but does not affect pharmacy inventory: certain supplies (e.g. base products) may appear as items on that same invoice, but grooming is not a clinical dispensing.
