The Client Portal is the web page where you, as a pet owner, can see everything about your companions from your phone: their profile, their vaccines, their appointments, their invoices and the daily reports from their stay at the hotel. Sign in from your phone’s browser — nothing to install and no passwords.

How to sign in
- Open the browser on your phone (Chrome, Safari or any other).
- Type the portal address the clinic gave you.
- Type your email address and tap Enviar código.
- Check your inbox: a 6-digit code arrives. Type it in and you are done.
Consejo
You do not need a password or to install any app: everything happens on the web page.
Importante
The portal is read-only: you can browse and request appointments, but the clinic is the one that records treatments, vaccines and payments.
