The portal’s home screen is My pets: here you see your companion with their photo, their age and a summary of what matters most. If you have more than one pet, you can switch between them with the menu at the top.
How to get there
- Sign in to the portal with your email and code (see Signing in to your account).
- You are now on the Mis mascotas screen.
Your pet’s card
On the card you will see:
- Their name and, if they are at the hotel, an En estancia (In stay) label.
- Species and breed (for example: Canino · Golden retriever).
- Age and weight as most recently recorded by the clinic.
- Their next appointment, if they have one.
- Their next vaccine due, if they have one.
Consejo
If your pet is at the hotel, the En estancia label appears next to their name: it means the clinic is taking care of them today.
See the full profile
- Tap your pet’s card.
- Their profile opens with everything:
- General details: gender, species, breed, age, weight, birth date and distinctive marks.
- Vaccines: the list of their vaccines with the application date and the next dose.
- Gallery: the photos the clinic has uploaded of your pet; tap a photo to see it full screen.
