PetSoph warns with messages and error codes. Here are the most frequent ones and what to do in each case.
Wrong email or password
The credentials do not match. Check the email and the password (at least 8 characters). After several failed attempts the account can be temporarily blocked.
Email not found
The email does not belong to any account. Confirm it is spelled correctly, or ask the administrator to create your account.
Account suspended or blocked
Your account is blocked or deactivated. Contact the administrator to restore the access (it is enabled with the Activo switch in Users).
Record not found
The record you are viewing or editing no longer exists or changed. Reload the screen and try again. It may have been deleted by another user.
Duplicate
A record with the same unique data already exists (for example, the email of a user or the name of a role). Use another value or look up the existing record.
Protected system record
You tried to delete an essential PetSoph record. This warning appears in Catalogs; system records cannot be deleted.
Check the fields
There are empty required fields or invalid data in the form. Fill the marked fields and save again.
Could not save or delete
Saving or deleting failed for an unexpected reason. Check your connection and retry. If the problem persists, write down the message and contact technical support.
Boarding module messages

| Rabies vaccine missing | The animal cannot be admitted: it must have a valid rabies vaccination |
| The booking overlaps | The animal already has another active stay on those dates |
| The room is occupied | The chosen room is not available on the stay dates |
| The species does not match | The animal’s species does not match the selected room |
| Medication already administered | An already administered medication cannot be modified; void it with a reason and record it again |
