When your pet stays at the hotel, in My stays you can see how they are doing day by day: the daily reports with photos that the team puts together while they look after your companion.
How to get there
- Sign in to the portal (see Signing in to your account).
- Tap Mis estancias in the bottom bar.
The stay cards
Each card shows:
- The pet and the check-in and check-out dates.
- Whether the stay is En Estancia (the clinic is caring for them today) or Finalizada (finished).
You will also see your past stays as history.
See the daily reports
- Tap the stay card.
- You will see the header with the dates and the list of reports, from the newest to the oldest.
- Each report includes:
- The date and who wrote it.
- How your pet was doing: appetite, mood, activity and bathroom.
- The team’s observations.
- A photo of your pet: tap the photo to see it full screen.
Consejo
If there are no reports yet, the stay may have just started: the team publishes them during the days of the stay.
Nota
The clinic shares the photos and reports so you can have peace of mind during the stay.
