The Clinical module is the heart of PetSoph: this is where everything that happens to each pet during its life at the clinic — visits, vaccination, surgeries, grooming, weight and vital signs — is recorded in a unique clinical record you can review at any time.

Key ideas
One clinical record per pet
Each pet has a single file that accumulates consultations, vaccinations, surgeries, grooming and vital signs over its lifetime. There are no separate “histories”: everything is stored in the same chart, ordered by date.
One invoice per clinical act
A consultation, vaccination, surgery or grooming service is invoiced only once. If it already has an invoice, the system blocks a second charge. To fix an amount you must void the invoice from the Cash Register first, not delete the act.
Invoiced acts cannot be deleted
Once an act is invoiced, it cannot be removed from the record — the money is already in the register. The only exception is voiding its invoice: after that the act returns to ready to bill.
The consolidated check-out
The fastest way to end a visit: it groups the consultation, vaccination, surgery and grooming into one single invoice and collects the total in one payment in front of the owner.
To bill, the pet needs its main owner registered and an open cash shift. Without an owner or an open shift, charging is blocked with a warning.
